101 Ointment Multi-Balm Vanilla

I'm giving the new 101 Ointment in Vanilla 4 stars. I love the texture and lasting power of the multi-baumes, and Vanilla has a slight pleasant smell. I love this baume, it keeps my lips hydrated for long periods of time. I gave a tube to my friend with badly sunburned lips and it helped heal them in record time.

Tried the Vanilla lip balm as I recently got this at Mecca, and I felt the scent of the vanilla wasn’t strong enough. I expected the scent to be similar to the Vanilla Hand Cream, but it wasn’t.

However, I can’t fault on the formulation. It’s still the same product that I know and love from the brand - just disappointed about the scent.

I highly recommend the 101 Delicious range. Both the vanilla and the banana are so lip smacking fabulous!

They are light and the texture is not sticky at all. It spreads on so smooth and leaves a silky feeling.

The subtle smell is perfect! Nothing too overpowering and the scent is very nature. It is not artificial like other products on the market.

I use it throughout the day and at night especially the dry season, on my lips and my cuticles. It is so absorbent that my lips feel so moisturised and no more flaky dry lips. My fingers are not as well either!

This vanilla lip balm has a nice vanilla ice cream flavor once you get it rubbed in. I was pleasantly surprised by the creaminess in the flavor. It’s a very mild taste and doesn’t last long, but it is still quite nice. This lip balm is more thin than other lip balm flavors, but it rubs in smoothly and easily. My lips feel so soft.

Definitely buy these balms. You will be glad you did. They are a pleasure to use. They are the most hydrating product I have ever used. In the past struggled with cracks and dryness, but no more! Lano 101 balms are the perfect solution and they work impressively fast! They are a bargain too because they are high quality, pure products that can be used in a variety of ways!

I love that they are silky and very moisturizing. I travel a lot and I love it for this purpose. It really streamlines and reduces the number of things I pack. They are perfect for the minimalist. I use it on the plane to keep lips, nails and cuticles hydrated from the dry inflight air. I like to put it on my nails instead of nail polish for a nice shine that also smells great. I've even used it to smooth down my hair. Vanilla is more subtle compared to Banana Cream Pie, but it's still wonderful. Banana Cream pie is fun, while vanilla is sophisticated.

In terms of hydration, it's very hydrating, but not greasy. It's a really hydrating kind of moisture that makes lips and skin soft (as opposed to oily things that sit on top of skin but don't make a difference). 101 balms are my favorite lip balm and I won't use any other, so I am quite excited when new flavors are available.

It's very effective. Apply them every few hours because I like the scent and texture.
