Amazing customer service

First of all, I am BEYOND impressed with Lano’s customer service, they got back tto me really wuickly on something i needed. Also, best lip balms ever! I love the 101 ointment and the strawberry!

Needs lip dispenser - Hate the packaging - love the product

Please, please, please release this product with a lip dispenser top. This screw top lid is so inconvenient and not hygienic to have to use your finger each time.

Having said that, the product itself is awesome. It was the only product that worked on my severely sore winter lips. And it started providing relief within a few hours. So good, but could be perfect with better packaging. A lip dispenser means I could use it several times a day at work without having to wash my hands first, and wiping off the excess from my finger with a tissue.
