Your LANO will go in a reversable LANO shipper box & will be protected by brown craft paper. Small orders will go in a soft bubble-padded envelope. Product boxes may dent a bit in the padded envelope.

SHIPPING

December 2021 Holiday Delivery Times

For Australian Orders please refer to below cut off times, we recommend selecting Express Post - if in any doubt to receive your order in time. 

We recommend for Australian orders the last day to order express post is 15th December (and 13th December for WA & NT).

Standard post - WA & NT – Last day to order is 5th December

Standard post - Rest of Australia – Last day to order Friday 10th December

Express Post – WA & NT  Last day to order 13th December

Express Post – Rest of Australia  Last day to order 15th December

New Zealand International Tracked Postage – Last day to order 1st December

For all International Orders placed after the 30th November, we can’t guarantee you will receive in time for the holidays, as we are relying upon our very busy partners, and the limitations of air services during COVID.

Please allow additional days to receive your order during the holiday and sale period and allow time for delays in global postal networks as a result of COVID-19 processes.

 

Orders received by 10am AEST will go same day. We will do our best to ship orders received after this as same day, however they will generally be processed next day. Please allow 1 extra day processing time for International orders.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods.  Due to the COVID-19 situation, our delivery providers including Australia Post are unfortunately experiencing delays.

From Australia Post: “We expect major international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible”. 

Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes. These delays mean they are temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of next day delivery within Australia. Express Post is still available but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.

  • Standard Shipping $10 via Australia Post eParcels
  • Express post shipping is $15.

    We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating seperate orders, each with their own delivery address.

    ORDER CHANGES

    We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. As orders are processed very quickly, please email our customer care team immediately. It may still be too late to stop the process. We'll do our best to help, but we can't cancel orders once they have shipped. Refer to Returns for more information about sending products you've ordered back to us.

    OPENED PRODUCT RETURN

    Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

    CHANGE OF MIND

    Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

    FAULTY ITEM

    Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.

    INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

    If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

    RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT PURCHASED ON Lanolips.com

    For purchases made other than via lanolips.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns of products purchased through lanolips.com.

    RETURNS

    Accepted within 30 days, items must be unused and in original, unopened undamaged and resalable condition. Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

    RETURNS PROCESS

    Please email hello@lanolips.com with your order number to advise us for a return authorisation.

    Once confirmed, please send back to PO Box 2125, Rose Bay North, NSW, 2030.

    We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

    GST, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES.

    All orders for Australia and International include Australian GST. However, for international customs and import duties, Lanolips has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Lanolips is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.
