Orders received by 10am AEST will go same day. We will do our best to ship orders received after this as same day, however they will generally be processed next day. Please allow 1 extra day processing time for International orders.

For deliveries to Singapore, Japan, and South Korea unfortunately flights have been suspended at this time and we are unable to process via Australia Post.
Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes. These delays mean they are temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of next day delivery within Australia. Express Post is still available but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. As orders are processed very quickly, please email our customer care team immediately. It may still be too late to stop the process. We'll do our best to help, but we can't cancel orders once they have shipped. Refer to Returns for more information about sending products you've ordered back to us.
OPENED PRODUCT RETURN
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT PURCHASED ON Lanolips.com
For purchases made other than via lanolips.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns of products purchased through lanolips.com.
Accepted within 30 days, items must be unused and in original, unopened undamaged and resalable condition. Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
GST, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES.
All orders for Australia and International include Australian GST. However, for international customs and import duties, Lanolips has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Lanolips is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.
