Best balm

At last a lip balm with staying power and a great tint! Will buy again.

Great product

Perfect for a little color and lip protection. No bleed (which is a concern for us older users :) ). Have already bought a replacement for the ones I'm using now. Also, very complimentary colors-they blend very well into skin tone (at least for me- olive)

Love the color

Decent but not great

They’re decently moisturizing but the color doesn’t last long and they don’t have the easy applicator tip that other Lanolip products often have. Having to use my fingers to reapply (because the color doesn’t last) is tedious and gross.

Disappointed

I found out about Lanolips through a Reddit thread that claimed these lip balms were a good alternative to Glossier's Ultralip; this is definitely not the case. Yes, these balms are very hydrating but they feel awful on the lips, nearly identical to the lanolin/petroleum A+D ointment one can buy at a local pharmacy. As for the tint, it's barely there, even for the dark red balm. This set was a waste of $45 (the return policy sucks). If you want lanolin-based skincare, there are better options than this overpriced crap.
